Ministry Update March 20, 2025
Partners,
You should have received a transcript showing pictures of the two vehicles we purchased for the Ministry in Kenya. The process took longer than initially expected, and I really didn't want to send anything, until we knew this purchase was completed and everything was delivered.
Praise that the Ministry has already been crusading in Tanzania and outlying parts of Kenya. When we talked to Daniel last week, he was in Nairobi. The van needed some customization done, as they were having problems with it getting stuck in the rough terrain. These issues have been addressed and we are very excited about this phase of our outreach.
I have noticed since taking over my late father's responsibilities, how difficult it is to get any real involvement with Evangelism Missions. We have been unbelievably blessed with a small group of very giving partners that have propelled this Ministry to where it is today. Bill and I continue to search for different ways to engage interest. But in many Christian circles, the interest for giving to, and participating in, Evangelism Ministry is much less than other interests, such as Children Ministries, support groups and most other outreaches. We are not complaining and recognize the importance of all Christian Ministries, but the fact remains Evangelism is not as exciting to some. We hope that our continuing work on the web site will help some and we are exploring online giving. But we do not expect a lot from either simply because our research has shown that Evangelism is not the popular giving opportunity for most Christians.
Due to the purchase of the new vehicles at a cost of $140,000, our resources have been substantially depleted. We have enough funding for expenses related to the Crusades that are planned for Tanzania and for funding to pay pastor salaries thru this year. Recently, Daniel has requested funding for 10 church buildings and repairs. The total for these projects comes to $61,000 and we currently do not have the funds for this request. We ask that you pray that requests like this can be met in 2025.
Bill and I are always available to discuss with partners or meet with anyone interested in learning more about the Ministry. As always, we are so thankful for the prayer and financial commitments from all of our partners.
Our goal is that this Ministry can reach all of the Maasai tribes in the next five years. We are hopeful that the 200 plus church plants can stay healthy and vibrant, both spiritually and physically and this Ministry Outreach can sustain itself, until the Lord's return.
As always,
Yours in Christ,
Dino Costanzo
